Very close to the metro station, just a 2-minute walk. The hotel is also near the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great beds and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions in the city.
The rooms were poorly insulated, difficult to sleep due to the noise from neighboring rooms. the hotel had a strict check-out policy, calling and even coming up to the room at exactly 12 PM to kick guests out, which I found rude and inconvenient.

The hotel has a very convenient location, being very near a metro station with a straight line to the city center. Guests appreciated the proximity to the metro, mentioning it was very close and near the center. The rooms were clean and renovated in a modern Ikea style, providing a comfortable stay. When I arrived late, the Night Manager went out of their way to assist me. The hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of dining options and just a short walk from the Manuel Becerra Metro Station. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi was also a great perk. While a kettle in the room for tea and coffee would have been nice, it didn't detract from the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking to discover a different side of Madrid. I had a great stay at Neomagna Madrid and would definitely recommend it.

Location ideal for metro travelers. Subway station 1.5 blocks away, direct access to Puerta del Sol. 25-minute walk to city center. Numerous cafes and shops nearby. Simple, comfortable decor. Free Wi-Fi.

This hotel in central Madrid exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. We were just a short walk away from the city center and close to two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and functional, and I especially loved the balcony that provided a calm escape from the bustling city. Breakfast was included in the price, which was a great value for money.
The thin walls, which made it a bit noisy at times.
